We plan to send the newsletter on Monday afternoon (UTC), i.e. Monday morning PT. The existing translations will be posted on the wikis in that language. Deadlines: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tech/News/For_contributors#The_deadlines
There may be more edits by Friday but the existing content should generally remain fairly stable. I will let you know on Friday in any case.
Let us know if you have any questions, comments or concerns. As always, we appreciate your help and feedback.

Hello, I think that messages in very big box should be translatable also.
Best regards, Zoran
Zoran, a message in a big yellow box (if I understand you correctly) is aimed at translation administrators, is not part of the page, and is temporary. Therefore it can be ignored for a few days. *--* *Vira Motorko // Віра Моторко* mobile: +380667740499 | facebook: vira.motorko https://www.facebook.com/vira.motorko | wikipedia: Ата https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Ата
If this email is about your daily job and it reaches you outside of the working hours, please, feel free to answer when it's appropriate! // Якщо це робочий лист і Ви отримали його не в робочий час, будь ласка, відповідайте, коли вважаєте за потрібне!

Hello Vira, yes, I thinked on it. And I know that it isn't part of that page, and I suggested that it should be translatable also, like a "draft" template.
Best regards, Zoran.
Hello Zoran and others,
I am not sure to understand what message you write about, however all messages seem to be translatable inside dedicated aggregate group thanks to Tacsipacsi:

You can access to this link from Tech News headers: “Translate frequently used templates“.

I mean on a message in a big yellow box which says "Translation admins: Please do not mark this page for translation while it's still a draft. The content of the newsletter is simplified before being marked for translation, and marking it for translation before that's done increases the work of volunteer translators. Thank you!".
It isn't available on page for #43 now, but in #44 it is. https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tech/News/2020/44 And template isn't translatable, as when I open URL which you provided me, it shows that everything is translated already. If template is translatable, then it should be added into the group.
Best regards, Zoran
All translation admins know English, and the message serves a very short-term purpose, therefore I don't see a need to have it translatable. *--* *Vira Motorko // Віра Моторко* mobile: +380667740499 | facebook: vira.motorko https://www.facebook.com/vira.motorko | wikipedia: Ата https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Ата

Right, makes sense, but translating this message shouldn't be a problem, as other messages which "serves a very short-term purpose) in the same group are already translatable.
Best regards, Zoran.
I think you’re both right: translating this message is pretty useless, but it could be done for consistency and reading comfort. So I have prepared and marked the template for translation and added it to the aggregate group. You can translate it. 🙂

Thank you all for your help! It is deeply appreciated. The newsletter has now been delivered (in 19 languages) to 941 pages.

The text of the newsletter is now final. No items have been added since yesterday. There was one small wording tweak. There won't be any more changes; you can translate safely. Thanks, all!
