Hey translators,
It's been a while since the last message to this list -- we've been
busy getting all the core messages translations published and
reviewed. If you see an error in the translations, feel free to
update them on the core messages workspace[1] and then change the
status to "ready". If you see run into any other problems with the
live pages, leave a note on the launch feedback page[2].
We've started a new translation request[3] that includes:
* strings missed in the original "core messages" request,
* new strings, and
* new pages to translate.
We've tried to include links to the page names where the translations
will be placed to help give you context. If you run into any issues,
feel free to reply to this e-mail or leave a message on the talk
page[4].
Thanks for all your help!
Casey

Hai,
I need job in translating telugu to English or English to telugu.
Please do needful.
Iam 100% accurate in translation.
Thnaking you
Soujanya.
The INTERNET now has a personality. YOURS! See your Yahoo! Homepage. http://in.yahoo.com/
When translating the supplementary messages I noticed that here are some
messaages which where already used in the previous campaign. When I saw this
a few questions (which I have already in my mind for quite a time) appeared
for me:
1. Why is it necessary to translate the same message (sentence several
times)? Would it not be easier (at least for the translaters) just to reuse
them?
2. I do not really understand why you do not use the 8at least in my
eyes) much more userfriendly system of translating individual messages as i
t works pretty fine on translatewiki? Especially as for some messages
translatewiki is already used by now and regarding the fact that
translatewiki is now (officially?) supported by the Wikimedia Foundation?
best regards
Robby
Hello all,
do we have a Romanian speaker on this list? It would be great if
someone could provide a translation of the second story published
here:
http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Stories2/en
Google tells me it's Romanian, and the machine translation is
understandable, but it would be nice to have a real English
translation.
Thanks!
Erik

Hey Translators!
We realized that some people might prefer to get announcements sent to
microblogging services instead of (or in addition to) subscribing to a
mailing list. Because of this, the Translation committee now has an
Identi.ca[1] and a Twitter[2] account. You can subscribe to one or
both if you'd like (they'll both have the same updates).
The accounts will most likely post announcements of new requests with
links to the mailing lists post for more information. We'll also try
to maintain a "twitter list" of translators
(@wikitrans/translators[3]) similar to our current committee list
(@wikitrans/committee[4]).
We look forward to seeing you on those sites! :-)
