It's the last issue Tech News for the (Gregorian calendar) year. Thank
you, everyone, for you translations, corrections, suggestions and
requests for clarifications in 2019. This wouldn't be much of a
newsletter without you.
The latest tech newsletter is ready for early translation:

Monday morning PT. The existing translations will be posted on the
wikis in that language. Deadlines:

There may be a more edits by Friday but the existing content should
generally remain fairly stable. I will let you know on Friday in any
case.
Let us know if you have any questions, comments or concerns. As

Hello,
The Anti-Harassment Tools team is ready to rollout partial blocks across
Wikimedia wikis (except a few that have explicitly asked for more time) in
January. In the meantime, we want to host a banner on 'Special:Block' that
will inform people about this upcoming change.
Your help in translating the message (
https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special:Translate&showMessage=speci…)
to as many languages as possible would be appreciated.
Thanks!
