Yesterday 56 Wiktionaries got a localised logo enabled, at last:
This has been made possible by Casey's work page for logos to coordinate
by Odder drawing all of them alone: thank you!
Many thanks also to the users of all languages who provided and reviewed
the translations of the name and motto: you can still help by checking
the translations in your language for all projects in the Meta page above.
Next effort will be Wikipedis without a localised logos: there are about
50, plus those lacking a translation on the page above.
I'd like to make you aware of the translatewiki.net Translation Rally that
will start in 10 minutes and will run until the end of the year (UTC).
If you contribute 500 or more new translations for your language, you can
share in a 1000 Euro bounty made available by Wikimedia Nederland, the
Dutch Wikimedia chapter.
Details are at: https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Project:Rally-2012-12. If
you've participated before: It's the same concept we've used in previous
rallies. We hope you can and will participate, and celebrate the end of the
Mayan calendar with a BANG!

I wanted you to be aware that the translation notification extension is
People are getting multiple notifications about the same translation
despite only one notification request going out. Some people have been
getting 4 or more requests.
I am really sorry for the flooding of talk pages, I have only just become
aware of it. I'm going to recommend to all the translation admins that the
use of the notification extension is avoided at all costs until we can
identify the cause of the bug.
Ill keep you guys updated on this with this thread and ill post a link to
the bug asap.
