The latest tech newsletter is ready for early translation: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tech/News/2016/21
Direct translation link: https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Translate&group=pag...
I'm planning to send the newsletter on Monday afternoon (UTC), i.e. Monday morning PDT. The existing translations will be posted on the wikis in that language.
There may be a few more edits by Friday, but the existing content should generally remain fairly stable. I will let you know on Friday in any case.
Let me know if you have any questions, comments or concerns. As always, I appreciate your help and feedback.

Hello, In direct translation link, if you let "language" parameter empty, I don't see any thing to translate. This is fixed if I remove "language" parameter: my language is used to translate and the elements are shown. So, for me (and probably for other translators), the correct link is https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Translate&group=pag...
Should I report this on Phabricator ? Pols12

Hrm. I don't see much difference, so if you experience a problem, I think it's better you create the Phab ticket.

If I change my default system language from English to anything else, I get these 2 results (ignore my crazy pink background ;) http://imagizer.imageshack.com/img922/623/8tOVP9.png So, yes, in the future we should make sure to send the link to this list without the empty "&language=" parameter.
I don't think it's easy to obtain the broken link. (I assume Johan just manually deleted the "en" from the URL? Whenever I send the message I just copy the previous weeks link and change the numbers.) But just in case, I've filed https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T135855 Thanks, and have a good weekend. :-)

The text of the newsletter is now final. One new item has been added since yesterday. There won't be any more changes; you can translate safely.
Thank you, and have a good weekend!

Thank you all for your help! It is deeply appreciated. The newsletter has now been delivered (in 16 languages) to subscribers across wikis.
