Hrm. I don't see much difference, so if you experience a problem, I
think it's better you create the Phab ticket.

So, yes, in the future we should make sure to send the link to this list without the empty "&language=" parameter.

I don't think it's easy to obtain the broken link. (I assume Johan just manually deleted the "en" from the URL? Whenever I send the message I just copy the previous weeks link and change the numbers.) But just in case, I've filed https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T135855
