Translate the draft to French (note : there were orthographic typos in the cited French version of the sentence extracted from the new policy, I corrected them in the new policy page as well, in that sentence of section 10 using the translation tool, so that it matches also the citation in this draft page).

Hi all,

The RFC for the global bans proposal needs to be translated. It is not being translated with the Translate extension, because all the languages need to be on the same page (since it is a voting page). It is done using the inline translation system (using {{ls}} templates), that I'm sure many of you have encountered before. The parts that need to be translated are the introduction and the voting options.

It would be great to have this in the biggest languages at least, and before June 1st when the RFC opens. (Translations are of course welcome while it is running as well, but having them ready before that would be nice.)
