We will send it tomorrow evening, in order to give a little time for translation while still providing users with information that isn't outdated. Following your feedback, this time /all/ language versions of the newsletter that have been at least partially translated will be posted on wikis in those languages.

No problem for the French translation, complete. I could even change the target pages of some links to go to the page in French instead of English.

Hi again, issue #30 https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Tech/News/2013/30 is now being sent out to the subscribers around the wikis.
This is the tenth issue of the newsletter, and for the first time ever, it has been fully (100%) translated into 12 languages other than English, so I'd like to use this opportunity to thank you all for your efforts and involvement in reaching this beautiful milestone:
