OK, I know this may be a crazyish legalese question, but since you said that it's important, I'll want a clarification: "By donating, you agree to share your personal information with the Wikimedia Foundation, the nonprofit organization that hosts Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects, and its service providers pursuant to our donor policy."
I'm not sure how to translate the "and its service providers" part. Could it be written like this? -
"By donating, you agree to share your personal information with the Wikimedia Foundation, the nonprofit organization that hosts Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects, and *with* its service providers pursuant to our donor policy."
(Notice the added "with".)

Thank you for your help on this Amir. I think the extra "with" is acceptable.
Thanks again! :)

I'd also like to ask if a comma before "pursuant" would change meaning.

Hi Federico,
Adding that extra comma should be fine. Thank you very much for your help.
