Hello, the latest issue of the Tech News bulletin is now ready for early translation at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Tech/News/2014/18
The bulletin will be sent to subscribers on Monday morning (UTC); all translations existing by that time will be posted on wikis in those languages.
There might be some edits tomorrow, but the content should remain fairly stable — I will let you know as soon as a final version of the issue is published.
Please let me know if you have any questions, comments or concerns. I appreciate your help, feedback and involvement.
Tomasz
In case anybody wonders whether to do it and tells herself or himself "oh, I don't have time for it" - it took me _seven minutes_ this week.
Only seven minutes a week to do work that will help dozens, or maybe hundreds or thousands of volunteer editors to know about upcoming changes to the site.
If you haven't ever tried to translate Tech News to your language, please try it this time :)
As always, my enormous appreciation to Tomasz, Guillaume, James F., PiRSquared17 and everybody else who prepares these newsletters every week.

Hi again, this is just to let you know that I just froze this week's issue of Tech News and published its final version at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Tech/News/2014/18.
One new message has been added since my last e-mail to this list: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Translations:Tech/News/2014/18/26/en is about the upcoming roll-out of the MediaViewer tool to the first "big" wikis, namely the French and Dutch Wikipedias. From now on, there will be no more changes coming.
The bulletin will be distributed to subscribers on Monday morning according to the publication schedule visible on top of the page on Meta.
Please let me know if you have any questions, comments or concerns. I appreciate your help, feedback and involvement.

Thank you! :)
Hi! Thank you all for your help! The newsletter and its translations are now being delivered to subscribers across wikis (in 14 languages this week, including a first–ever translation into Gujarati!).
