We plan to send the newsletter on Monday afternoon (UTC), i.e. Monday morning PT. The existing translations will be posted on the wikis in that language. Deadlines: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tech/News/For_contributors#The_deadlines
There may be more edits by late Friday but the existing content should generally remain fairly stable. I will let you know on Friday in any case.
Let us know if you have any questions, comments or concerns. As always, we appreciate your help and feedback.

The text of the newsletter is now final. 1 new item has been added since yesterday.
There won't be any more changes; you can translate safely.
This is the last issue of 2021, as Tech News will go on hiatus over the holidays when no new deployments will come. Thank you, everyone, for being part of creating the newsletter. It is, as always, important and appreciated, and your work not only makes sure the Wikimedia contributors can read about the technical news that will affect their work in a language they understand, but also makes the English text better with your questions, suggestions, corrections, and copy editing. Thank you. [Adapted from Johan's good message from last year.]
Thank you all for your help! It is deeply appreciated. The newsletter has now been delivered (in 25 languages) to 981 pages.
Thank you again, for being part of this. See you again in 2022!
