Could anybody help add descriptions to "VisualEditor_deployment" and "ve_centralnotice_hide"?
I am wondering whether these words should be translated or not (I guess the latter one should not be translated at all.)

Apparently not, for some reason the /qqq subpages are protected. The current "documentation" is indeed useless (just repeats the definitions). This is something the fundraising team would know. I don't know if strings can be excluded from translations; if they can you need a Meta sysop to fix that, I don't know who set it up.

Hi Takashi, thanks for your work on the translation into Japanese!
Documentation for these two messages has been added by Meta administrators (they are not supposed to be translated). In the process of doing so, bug 51470 has been reported, so perhaps this can be avoided in the future.
I also fixed the other existing translations for these messages, so it should all be fine now.
