Quite a few users have already followed this invitation and commented on the proposals; the community review phase ends on April 30. But as usual, we are also running CentralNotice banners for logged-in editors on all projects to bring this invitation to the attention of editors - whose volunteer work much of the requested money is planned to support. The English banner text reads as follows:
