We have setup a banner as well: https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Translate&group=Cen...
I've created that banner to be a generic one that we would reuse. Only the time would change for the next maintenance windows, but my goal is to find a way to display the time without changing that message every day.
