I'm planning to send the newsletter on Monday afternoon (UTC), i.e. Monday morning PDT. The existing translations will be posted on the wikis in that language.
There may be a few more edits by Friday, but the existing content should generally remain fairly stable. I will let you know on Friday in any case.

Note that there was one message that didn't have translation tags; those were added the day after Johan's last email here, so if you translated the newsletter before that there will still be one untranslated item now. It seems to be missing in Czech, Finnish, French, Albanian, Swedish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese.
