I'm planning to send the newsletter on Monday afternoon (UTC), i.e. Monday morning PDT. The existing translations will be posted on the wikis in that language.
There may be a few more edits by Friday, but the existing content should generally remain fairly stable. I will let you know on Friday in any case.

Hi everyone, sorry for the late email. Because of a save-time bug, the MediaWiki version that was supposed to be out this week has been put on hold and will be deployed next week instead. I've been waiting for the decision about what to do with the MediaWiki version that was planned to go out next week before I told you it was safe to translate.
However, the text of the newsletter is now final. A couple of items have been added since yesterday and one has been removed. There won't be any more changes; you can translate safely. Thank you, and have a good weekend!
