Hello everyone!

I am glad to report that, per previous conversations in the ambassadors' group, a Phabricator workboard to coordinate work for the group has been created. You will find details, and requests for your input, in the update I published at Meta [1]. We're approaching this slowly so that there's plenty of time for people to get a proper onboarding and to get to know this environment.

Additionally, you can chat about this and other topics with me in person if you're attending the Wikimedia Conference this week in Berlin [2]. I will also be around during Learning Days.
