Hi Takashi,
Thank you very much for helping us with the Japanese translation. "Card issuer" sounds like a good replacement to me. Please feel free to use that word.
Kind regards,
Jessica

Thanks Jessica for letting us know. I'm working on Japanese one.
In Translations:Fundraising/Translation/Problems donating/6, it says as:
- Your credit/debit card should be enabled for International use. Cards
that can only be used in country
(AKA Domestic cards) may not be accepted at this time. Please call your
bank and request
international access to be enabled.
however, some credit cards are not issued by banks (at least here in Japan). I think it should be "issuer" instead.

Dear translators,
Thank you very much to those of you who helped us out translating these pages. Thanks to your valuable help, we have finished translations in several of our priority languages.
We are still missing
- German
- French
- Japanese
- Russian
- Polish
- Czech
just to name a few languages.
If you are able to dedicate some time to translating these pages into
your
language, that would be wonderful.
Once again, thank you for your support.

Dear translators,
I am reaching out to you to kindly ask for your help to translate two of our important support pages needed for fundraising.
We aim to make the donation process as smooth as possible for all donors who generously give to the foundation to support Wikipedia. Having
updated
support pages in as many languages as possible is crucial in order to

this goal. This is where we would highly appreciate your help.
The English "problems donating" page needs to be updated in many languages.

The second page is related to recurring donations.
