Just a quick note to let you know that the text of the newsletter is now final. There won't be any more changes; you can translate safely :)
There is one new item about Wikimedia Labs.
The item about VisualEditor on the Russian Wikipedia was also edited to include the Hebrew Wikipedia. I considered it a minor change so I kept the existing translations. Feel free to tweak the existing translations to include the part about the Hebrew Wikipedia.
