The translation teams always inspire me - you do some of the hardest work, essential to keeping us all together, and under sometimes crazy deadlines. Thanks for making communication so smooth all year, not just during the fundraiser.
More than 50% of our donations come from outside the US now,
A nice milestone! [And what % come from non-English-language projects?]

I'd like to add my thanks to Philippe's :-)
It was such a great fundraiser! Wikimedia raised more money than ever before, and I think the messaging was our best-ever, mainly because so many people were involved in helping develop it, and because we were able to continually test & optimize throughout the campaign.
Thank you guys, for helping make it so successful :-) Sue

Translators, I wanted to take a moment as we're winding down from the fundraiser, and thank you for your incredible work. There's no question that without you, the fundraiser would not be anywhere near as successful. More than 50% of our donations come from outside the US now, which begins to highlight the incredible value that you provide to the projects. On behalf of the staff at the Foundation, the fundraising team, and the community, please accept my thanks for the hard work that you do. pb PS - I'd be very interested in your thoughts on how we can make this process better next year. Will you please write me privately (philippe@wikimedia.org) to share your thoughts?
