As you may have heard from Wikimedia-l or the Wikimedia Blog

the Wikimedia Foundation has filed a petition with the European Court of
Human Rights seeking to remove the block of Wikipedia in Turkey.
As a part of this filing, we are also beginning a social media campaign,
