Server switch and read-only time

Hello Equinox is soon: a new server switch will happen on September 25. Al wikis will be read-only for a short period of time. The default message we use < https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tech/Server_switch> needs a check: - one new sentence was added since the last switch < https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Translate&group=page-T…>; some other sentences are still untranslated for some languages. - date formats might need some attention. < https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Translate&group=page-T… > A banner will be displayed on all wikis 30 minutes before the read-only.
