Help page for the new Discussion Tools (Reply tool)

The new [reply] button is going out to all editors at most of the wikis soon. We are holding back the biggest ones (English, French, German, Commons, etc.) for a little while, but it's already in use at 24 others. Hello everyone, I made a video to promote discussion of the Wikimedia Sound Logo Project, here it is: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Sound_Logo_for_Wikimedia.webm I am looking to have this original text translated into languages for a broader audience: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/TimedText:Sound_Logo_for_Wikimedia.webm.… For those unfamiliar, to create a translation, create a new page with a name like that above, but replace "en" with your language code. Then copy the whole English text, don't change the timecode at all (this is important), replace the English strings with the translation, and publish. Thank you!
