The problem with three deliveries on some pages should now be fixed. I
will chop up the delivery list to try to avoid the problem where it
doesn't get delivered at all. Good reason to hope everyone will get
this issue once and only once.
The latest tech newsletter is ready for early translation:

Direct translation link:

I plan to send the newsletter on Monday afternoon (UTC), i.e. Monday
morning PT. The existing translations will be posted on the wikis in
that language. Deadlines:

There may be a more edits by Friday but the existing content should
generally remain fairly stable. I will let you know on Friday in any
case.
Let us know if you have any questions, comments or concerns. As
always, we appreciate your help and feedback.

If I can help you with anything, please ask!)

Hello
I will soon have a message to translate very quickly. The message will be
probably published on Friday or over the weekend. Needed languages are
German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese but Portuguese, but more languages
are welcomed.
If you are available over the weekend to work on the message, please reply
to this message (privately if you want) so that I can be sure to have
translators available. I can then directly ping you when the message is
available. I'll leave a message to this mailing list too.
The draft for the message is not public yet, but I know that the source
text is less than 1,000 words in English.
Thank you,
Benoît

Thanks, Paul! The Foundation's website only supports Arabic, Chinese,
French, and Spanish translations at this time. (You can see them on the
site by clicking the blue button at the top right of your screen on
desktop: https://wikimediafoundation.org/)
That will change, but the current reality was why Farhad and I came up with
the idea for a central Meta-Wiki page for blog post translations:
