You did not specify which source page are you trying to translate, and on
which wiki.... Then we can look at the target of your translation attempt.
Your provided this link:
https://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Spezial:Inhalts%
C3%BCbersetzung&page=Biniai+Nou+hypogea&from=en&to=de&
targettitle=Biniai+Nou+hypogea
But the German Wikipedia does not have any page named "Biniai Nou hypogea".
You are probably trying to find this page on the wrong wiki ! Translations
are made wiki by wiki, but are enabled essentially on multilingual wikis
(such as Commons, or Meta), not on Wikipedia (translations of pages between
separate editions of Wikipedia cannot use the same tools)

Hi all,
Re: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:AggregateGroups
That page takes a long time to load on my old machine.
I'm wondering if I can/should just boldly disable(delete) some of the older
groups?
Or, are these AggregateGroups still useful to you as translators, even
though the content is {{historical}} ?
Specifically:
"Grants:IEG",
"GLAMing Madrid Challenge",
"Grants:PEG",
"Grants:TPS",
"Program Capacity and Learning",
"Research Labs2",
"Stewards elections 2015",
"Wikimedia Foundation elections 2013",
"Wikimedia Foundation elections 2015",
"Wikipedia 15".
That's all I can see that's obviously outdated.
Removing those few won't reduce the size of the Special page by much, but I
suspect it is useful cleanup to do regardless. I just don't want to
overlook a use-case!
Thanks for your input :)

Dear,
Just wanted to tell you how thankful I am for all you do, please take a look at what I've made for you http://sujokresearch.com/passenger.php?bbb9

Hello,
I didn't wish to waste translators time by translating into a language we
wouldn't use in this round of reaching out to Wikipedia communities. My
apologies for any confusion as I was unaware that it would acutely prevent
- as in stop you from saving - translations to any languages outside the
list.
Philippe, I hope you can see by the sheer number of languages I did ask for
that I had no intent to forbid any language! Thank you for sharing you
concerns, I appreciate the education in the nuance of language. Sincerely.
I've removed the check from the box preventing translations.
Yours,

Hello my multilingual friends,
I have a favor to ask. The Reading team at the foundation is getting ready
to start the second round of deployments for the Page Previews feature. We
are trying to reach as many communities as we can in their language.
Translating this message to the communities in this group would be very
helpful and much appreciated - both from me and the communities themselves!
:)

As always, you're a beautiful person and I appreciate the help.

Please translate: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tech/Server_switch_2017
You may remember that the Technology department did a major test in April
2016 to see how well they could recover from a major disaster. During this
test, it was not possible to edit Wikipedia or any of the other WMF wikis
for about 30 minutes on two days.
They are repeating this exercise this year. This will affect editors and
contributors around the world, at Wikipedias, Wiktionaries, Wikivoyages,
Commons, and other WMF sites. Please translate the main announcement into
as many languages as possible. Last year, we had complete translations
into about 40 languages, and partial translations into a couple of other
languages.
This should be a relatively quick translation job. The main change from
last year is the dates and times. I have just checked (by creating part of
the German translation), and about 60% of the sentences are identical to
last year and stored in translation memory.
(Also, if you read German, please review the parts of the German
translation that I copied. :-)
If you have questions, you can reach me in e-mail or on wiki.[1]
THANK YOU!
