Ready for early translation: Tech News #18 (2016)

The latest tech newsletter is ready for early translation: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tech/News/2016/18 Direct translation link: https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Translate&group=page-T… I'm planning to send the newsletter on Monday afternoon (UTC), i.e. Monday morning PDT. The existing translations will be posted on the wikis in that language. There may be a few more edits by Friday, but the existing content should generally remain fairly stable. Thanks a lot for your help! Translations in ar, ca, fr, he, pt-br and zh have been 100% completed. Bonus, de is 100% and es is 75%. Cross-wiki notifications - Invitation to enable beta feature

Hello translators Cross-wiki notifications are going to be release by default soon, but we want to have more feedback before. So we need more people to try that feature. We want to send an invitation to enable that beta feature to all users, *via *the Notifications panel. We need your help to translate two messages on TranslateWiki: *echo-popup-footer-beta-invitation* and *echo-popup-footer-beta-invitation-link*. All languages are concerned.
