Greetings,
The latest tech newsletter is ready for early translation:
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tech/News/2015/23
Direct translation link:
https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Translate&group=page-T…
I'm planning to send the newsletter on Monday afternoon (UTC), i.e.
Monday morning PST. The existing translations will be posted on the
wikis in that language.
There may be a few more edits by tomorrow (Friday), but the existing
content should generally remain fairly stable. I'll let you know
tomorrow in any case.
Let me know if you have any questions, comments or concerns. As
always, I appreciate your help and feedback.
Thanks!

Hey all,
If you have time I'd really appreciate some quick translations on the
banners that will run for the FDC Election tomorrow (2, the committee is
testing different language to see which works better). You can find them at
the 2 links below. Unfortunately the translation system is a little buggy
at the moment and the normal way to publish the translations (using the
state dropdown) doesn't work. I spent a good portion of the night trying to
find an alternative and for now I have one and will be keeping an eye on
the languages coming in and publishing them through the API. I'm going to
try and roll it out a bit slowly (starting at 00:00 UTC when the election
starts) but eventually we'll need to turn it on for everyone given the
short election (1 week) and so the more we can get in advance the better.

Greetings,
If folks have time and are interested, the Elections Committee would
greatly appreciate your assistance in translating and distributing this
MassMessage announcing the start of the FDC election voting:
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Foundation_elections_2015/MassMes…
You can find out more about where it has already been posted here:
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Foundation_elections_2015/MassMes…
Any additional places you would be able and willing to share it, especially
in non-English languages, would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
