Hej,
niech napisze do mnie, a ja przekażę kontakt. Dobrze by było podjąć tę
kompletnie nieznane...

Dear Thomasz,
I'm not sure who in the chapter is best to reach out too, but I
thought that if you weren't you would at least be able to point me in
the right direction. As part of the outreach plan for this years
fundraiser I've been assigned to be a point person reaching out to the
Polish projects.
As you likely know this year we are working on a collaborative and
localized fundraiser, relying on the chapters and local communities to
help us maximize the potential of the fundraiser by getting deeply
involved in the messaging, planning, and execution of the drive. We
are asking Wikimedians to propose banners that will work in their
area, and translating some English banners into Polish.
I've already made a post on the Polish Wikipedia, and quite a few
Polish Wikimedians have already been active in proposing banners, but
I was wondering if you knew of any other people or locations to reach
out too both on and off wiki (better pages on wiki, mailing lists,
specific users who you think would be interested?). I'm looking for
volunteers, but also someone who is willing to be a point person for
Polish projects. It would also be great if you could pass this along
to the chapter to see specifically if any members there are interested
in participating.

Every week during our weekly fundraiser test we have a meeting for
fundraising staff and anyone else who is interested in joining. We
look at preliminary data, trouble shoot, and discuss outreach and
community issues. Anyone interested can participate by phone on webex,
or IRC.
Thanks in advance for your help, and I hope to hear from you soon!
