Die vertragliche Verpflichtung zur Verbreitung halte ich für absurd. (Gut, es ist nie ausgeschlossen, dass Richter absurde Urteile fällen, aber danach kann man sein Handeln nicht ausrichten.)
Dass gelöschte Artikel eigentlich nicht komplett gelöscht sind, erscheint mir allerdings auch problematisch.
Das mit dem "Nachnutzer" erschließt sich mir wiederum nicht. Wenn er den Text aus einer anderen Quelle als der Wikipedia hat, bekommt er seine Versionsgeschichte von da, wenn der Wikipedia- Artikel wiederhergestellt wird, wird er das doch AFAIR auch mit Versionsgeschichte. Und wir können ja nicht dafür zuständig sein, Lizenz-Missachtern mit einer Versionsgeschichte gelöschter Artikel beiseitezuspringen.
