Ich bin mir nicht sicher, aber ich glaube wget ist gesperrt und funktioniert nicht...
Es geht zumindest, wenn ich durch meinen lokalen Proxy gehe. Notfalls:
wget --user-agent='Mozilla 1.4' \ http://de.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=Spezial:Contributions&target=...
'wget --proxy=off' tut aber auch.
