nur, wenn diese veränderte Lizenz von der FSF stammt und eine GNU FDL höherer Versionsnummer ist.
Wobei man mal dazu sagen muss, dass es extremst fragwürdig ist, ob das für Deutschland gilt. Ich bezweifle das - zumindestens bei größeren Änderungen.
