Bekam heute Mail von Jimbo mit einem interessanten Punkt, den man vielleicht
auch dem Anwalt präsentieren sollte; das unten ist meine Antwort an ihn:

I am not sure that this would belong into the German by-laws, as usually such
things need not be stated explicitly in Germany; since that is the case
anyway. I will propose it, though, because it does make some sense. I'll tell
them that a lawer should check if and where that could go.
