wenn eine einstweilige verfügung eintrifft könnte man durchaus sofort ein kurzes mail schreiben, mit dem zusatz dass man das nun zwischen wmde, wmf und mit rechtlichem beistand abklärt. damit hätte man auch noch was für den blutdruck unseres lieben marcus getan :)

Wie Jan schon schrien, ist ein Abstimmungsprozess zwischen WMF-WMDE-JBB in rechtlichen Fragen nicht einfach, zudem kommt es durch die unterschiedlichen Arbeitszeiten USA/D zu unvermeidbaren Verzögerungen.
Hier geht es um schwierige rechtliche Fragen, mit schwerwiegenden Folgen für reale Personen, nämlich den Board-Mitgliedern der WMF, von denen bekanntermaßen 2 in Deutschland ihren Wohnsitz haben, falls eine falsche Entscheidung getroffen würde. Nicht du oder ich tragen schlussendlich die Verantwortung als Dienstebetreiber, sondern eben die WMF.
Und ich vertraue hier lieber den Berufsjuristen von JBB, als selbsternannten "Urheberrechtsexperten" aus der Wikipedia. Ich darf daran erinnern, dass JBB schon viele Prozesses für WMF und WMDE gewonnen hat. Ganz so schlecht wie von manchen behauptet können sie also nicht
sein.

Spätestens anstelle der knappen Basta-Erklärungen des OA-Accounts der Foundation hätte WMDE auch ruhig mal seine Mitglieder und die betroffenen Projekte aktiv informieren können statt abzuwarten bis sich "die Anfragen häufen".
