Hello Pieter
Sorry for only replying to your message now, I have been away for the long weekend and got surprised with quite a backlog of emails. I see that there have been responses on your talk page regarding the matter. Do you still need support from my side? The links posted there are very good starting points and I would have suggested the same.
I also copied the Wikimedia ZA general mailing list. I am sure that we will also get responses from some of the members there, whom are most probably more active contributors than me.
Kind regards Lourie

Hi Laurie
Can you possibly assist me in creating the following page correctly to get it to be listed as it has many issues on it.
The user talk page has the details in it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Pieter_Rubeus
It seems that the edited pages was deleted and I added the correct one now for Jim Bleak, but I would like to have some expert advice on how to conform the article in a manner that it is understandable and usable and conforms to international standards.
It need to reference to the NAME USAGE OF RUBEUS including the interpreting of the name as well as the explanation of the name itself and not to me or the family of rubeus.
I will appreciate your response to it.

Googling his name suggests that he may have a recent (2010) conviction for fraud. It could of course be another Petrus Salomo Rubeus, but given his insistence on the uniqueness of this name, that seems unlikely. That news article could have been fabricated as well, but regardless, I think we should exercise caution.
http://152.111.11.6/argief/berigte/volksblad/2010/11/11/VB/4/MITAKS.html
Also, Googling chunks of text from both his talk page and another user page he has created suggests that large chunks is outright copyvio material (which I have since deleted).

I agree with David -- I don't think it is likely that he has any interest in Wikipedia beyond self-promotion.
