Can you possibly assist me in creating the following page correctly to get it to be listed as it has many issues on it.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Pieter_RubeusIt seems that the edited pages was deleted and I added the correct one now for Jim Bleak, but I would like to have some expert advice on how to conform the article in a manner that it is understandable and usable and conforms to international standards.
It need to reference to the NAME USAGE OF RUBEUS including the interpreting of the name as well as the explanation of the name itself and not to me or the family of rubeus.
I will appreciate your response to it.
