It would be fine for you to use the Wikimedia and Wikipedia logos for this event. As
mentioned earlier, we generally approve trademark usage for community groups where they
are conducting outreach on behalf of the Wikimedia movement.
Hope it won't be too long until the chapter is formed and can just do it.
