Hello everyone,

I just want to let you all know that this year's Wikimedia ZA Annual General Meeting will take place in early November 2014.

We have set a preliminary date of the 1st November 2014 to coincide with the awards ceremony for this year's Wiki Loves Monuments competition which will take place in Cape Town.

We have decided to have it later in the year instead of its usual 1st September date because we will not be having a large launch event for Wiki Loves Monuments this year. Typically the large events at Wiki Loves Monuments provide a great opportunity for us to come together.

As usual we will be electing the board of directors as well as discussing key points of business for 2015 at the AGM. Just like last year we will allow for people to join us over video chat. Please let me know in advance if you want to call in instead of joining us in person in Cape Town. We will let you know about the event location and times closer to the time.
