We are working on a number of partnerships in Africa and Asia. We are also working closely
with a South African organization, the Praekelt Foundation, that we hope will help us put
an arrangement in place with the major South African carriers as well as others in the
region. Kul Wadhwa and Amit Kapoor are leading the Wikimedia Foundation's team on
this. If you come up with good connections speak with them and we'll see if we can
accelerate plans in South Africa.
