Hi Lourie/Maarten - I have created usernames for you on SAHRIS to view
the Declared Sites register. After logging in, click on the SAHRIS
menu item. You will then see EXPLORE once you are in the SAHRIS
backend. One of the menu options is SITES/DECLARED SITES - click on
any of those and it will take you to the declared listing.

Hello Nicholas
I am very glad to hear this excellent news! :) We got very worried about the
list delay. For now the Excel document will be fine, because then we can
start processing the data and make sure that it works well with our systems.
I will keep you posted about the happenings and let you know if we encounter
any problems. It will be wonderful if we could get the login credentials for
SAHRIS. Thank you again for pushing management to approve our request and
get the data to us in time. It is much appreciated.
Kind regards
Lourie

Hi Lourie/Maarten - thank you very much for your patience - the
executives have given the go ahead on the release of the declared
sites list for the competition. I will arrange for the full list to be
prepared today and sent to you in an Excel document. We recently
migrated the inventory into our online system, SAHRIS, but we would
need to give you a login to view the data. I think it would make sense
that you have access to it while the competition is running in case
you have missing gaps or questions from the Excel list.
I just need to arrange the usernames and rights with my colleague,
Komi, but should have almost everything ready by this evening.
All the best,
Nic
