Dear everyone,
The Trust and Safety team from the Wikimedia Foundation is engaged in a global campaign, working with all communities, small, medium and established, to put together a Universal Code of Conduct that will act as a set of binding guidelines for all Wikimedia projects, to project Wikimedians against harassment and bullying. They've reached out to me, to speak to you to get involved in formulating this Universal Code of Conduct. Any input is important, now matter how small it is.
This will have an impact on everyone. So I would like to urge all of us to familiarise with the Universal Code of Conduct here https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Universal_Code_of_Conduct, then participate here https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Universal_Code_of_Conduct.
Kind regards, Bobby Shabangu

Hi Bobby,
I hope you are fine!
This is a kind reminder of the previous email I sent you (through meta) concerning the Universal Code of Conduct (UCoC). As I have already did some follow uto some of you through WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, this time I am reaching out to you all to* kindly remind those who have not yet done the consultation with their communities to try doing so*, and *to ask for any link to your discussion page *(for those who have already done/ have started the consultation with their communities) so that your inputs may be presented to the UCoC drafting committee *before 23rd August 2020.*
*Summary of key steps that you may follow on this facilitation: *
*1. You* and *your community* are kindly invited to *read about the UCoC* HERE https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Universal_Code_of_Conduct
*2*.*You* and *Your community* may discuss/post your feedback directly to the main *UCoC talk page *HERE https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Universal_Code_of_Conduct, or you may choose to discuss/post your feedback on your community's discussion pages such as village pumps e.t.c, then later you may send the link of that discussion page to (amtavangu-ctr@wikimedia.org)
*3*.*You* and *Your community* may choose, and you are welcome to to *translate the universal code of conduct english main page into your respective local language https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Translate&group=page-Universal+Code+of+Conduct&language=en&action=page&filter=, *and then you may choose to provide your opinions/feedback using your local languages.
- Any kind of feedback that doesn't involve onwiki discussions (such as
oral feedback), feel free to document them in any form, then kindly send it to (amtavangu-ctr@wikimedia.org), I will be happy to add them to the UCoC meta talk page for you.
*NB: *For quicker reference, I am attaching again an English-Message to small and medium sized wikis for your full awareness.
Thank you all and please feel free to reach out to me in case of any problem/questions.
Best regards,
