Please take note that our Annual General Meeting scheduled for the 26 October 2024 at 10 AM will be rescheduled to the 09 November 2024 at 10 AM.

We apologise for the inconvenience this creates but would like all members to be informed around the reasoning for this move of Date.

After careful review and consideration the board have decided that two main areas requirement refinement and change ahead of the Annual General Meeting, namely:

1. The board believes that the process for nominating and selecting new board members requires review and refinement. 2. The board would like to process changes to the constitution of the chapter at the Annual General Meeting.

Both of the above modifications require deliberation and documentation as well as advanced notification to all chapter members ahead of the Annual General Meeting to ensure that all members are included and informed around the changes to process as well as the proposed changes to the constitution.

Without this advanced engagement the chapter members would not be empowered to decide at the AGM on: 1. Nominees for the board. 2. Changes proposed to the Constitution.

For the above reasons the board have come to the decision to move the Annual General meeting out to ensure that the process changes proposed and to the nomination process are documented correctly and communicated to the chapter with sufficient time for all members to review the process and proposed changes and to empower each member to vote with confidence in the items presented at the meeting.
