Hello everyone, This is just to let you all know that scholarships to attend Wiki Indaba (the regional Wiki conference for Africa) are now open. The event will take place in Morocco from 3 to 5 November 2023. Most of these are full scholarships which means that the organising committee will pay for all costs associated with travel, food and accommodation relating to the conference. The organizing team would like to inform you that this year’s theme will be “Tweeza <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tweeza>: Empowering Africa through Knowledge-sharing and Collaboration” and the call for proposals is now open. Please submit your proposals for workshops, discussions and presentations. The deadline for submissions is June 30, 2023. In order to have a good preparation, especially considering the visa applications, we would also like to inform you that the scholarship application is open as well.
