David,
Getting the kids involved is an excellent idea and it will give the Sepedi TestWiki a big boast. I agree with Ian, in terms of letting the student’s interested guide them, but I suppose the list on http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/List_of_articles_every_Wikipedia_should_havem... plant an idea on some of those students who might not have ideas.
Let me know what I can do to help.

Hi Mohau,
I'm really glad to hear from you! Where are you currently based? Would you be willing to help explain the project to the learners and give input on their editing?
I'm busy with an OpenStreetMap project and some personal stuff at the moment, so I haven't yet made an effort to get in contact with the teacher at Gatang High School again, but as soon as I feel I have the capacity, I'd like to organise a translation effort there. They have a computer lab with internet, but as you will probably have seen on this list, other Wikimedia members have expressed doubts as to whether their internet connections will be suitably fast, and have offered to help. There have also been offers to help with logistics, so I'm completely happy if others want to run with this idea: don't wait for me!
Regards,
David

I am in Pretoria. I am more than happy to help where possible.

Who is willing to run with the idea?
