I've put up an example design just to get us started at http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_South_Africa/T-shirt_competition . The front is a bit conservative, and the back is really just not good enough. Any real artists, please add some submissions and blow us away. Any non-artists, please add suggestions and comments.
