I just got the following request on my talk page from Roger:

I wonder if someone would care to share : Top reasons its succeeding : Problems: Interesting anecdotes, etc. A couple of paragraphs would be great and more would be splendid. If there is stuff published (presentation from Wikimania?) then please point me at it.
