Hello everyone,
This is to let everyone know that the Wikimedia ZA Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2019 will be held on *Sunday the 15th December*. It will take place in Cape Town but we will let you know closer to the date of the exact location.
The AGM will be preceded by a strategy session on Saturday the 14th December. The strategy session will seek to develop the chapters goals and plan for the next 5 years (2020-25). We have decided to have it the day before the AGM so the plan can be discussed and passed at the AGM the following day.
Just like our last AGM we will be making arrangements to ensure that people can join digitally as well as in person. We also aim to allow people to join the strategy session digitally as well. Please let me know you wish to join digitally.
