My idea for the design is:
Wikipedia logo ( http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikipedia-logo.svg ) + text: "Wikipedia" + smaller text: "South Africa"
I'd prefer an svg or a png to a jpg: I don't foresee this banner having any photographic content at all.
