Where not sure on if DirectAdmin has URL Rewriting schemes and our host
(HostPC) doesnt seem to be answering at the moment.
On the Index file in the Config file it says - An error occured while
writing the config/LocalSettings.php file. Check user rights and disk space
then try again.

Your hosting provider's redirecting /config to their administration
panel. That wouldn't be a problem if MediaWiki didn't seem to be
confused about where it was installed. For instance, accessing
http://www.startrekprotection.com/wiki/config/index.php continues to
produce the "please set up MediaWiki" link, which takes the user to
http://www.startrekprotection.com/wiki/config/config/index.php.
Are there URL rewriting schemes installed? If so, disable them for the
duration of the installation. You might need to ask for support from
the provider if you can't figure that bit out.
