May be a bug in the print stylesheet hard-coding alignment values
without respect for right-to-left languages. Could you open a bug

http://bugzilla.wikipedia.org/ to make sure this gets fixed?

No, nor should there be; MonoBook by itself would not print correctly
and we need to include extra footers in the printed version for URLs
etc.
However we may add the useless "printable version" link to MonoBook
just because people seem unwilling to use "print preview". :)
