Try $wgDebugLogFile = "/path/to/logfile";
You should probably check your server error log too, though.

Hi,
I'm using Mediawiki 1.9.3. When I add some extensions, I'm getting a blank
page. Though my php setting is to display error messages, I'm not getting
any error displayed. So I cannot understand where the problem is. Is there
any setting in Mediawiki which changes the error display setting?
